For updating account settings, support may need information about your most recent euro deposit in your BLOX account. You can find this information in your Vault and/or in your banking environment.
BLOX Vault:
In your BLOX account, you can view your euro balance under Vault and Balance. Under Transactions, you'll find an overview of all your deposits and withdrawals. Click on your most recent deposit to view the details.
Banking Environment:
In your banking environment, you can easily search for transactions. In most banking apps, you can click on the search icon after selecting your payment account. By searching for the term BLOX, you’ll get an overview of all your deposits and withdrawals. Support needs the details of your most recent deposit from your bank to your BLOX Vault (e.g., EUR -1.00).
