If you have correctly executed the SEPA transfer from your bank, it usually takes 1-3 business days for the deposit to be processed by us.
If it takes longer then 3 business days and the deposit remains 'Pending', something might have gone wrong with initiating the transfer. Common reasons are:
- Payment Reference (PSP reference): The payment reference was not correctly copied or added to the transfer.
- Amount: The transferred amount does not match the amount of the SEPA transfer created in your BLOX account.
- Incorrect IBAN: The money was transferred to a different bank account (IBAN) than the one shown when the payment was created.
- Incomplete Payment: The transfer was never completed in your own banking environment or a different payment method was used.
If any of these points are the reason why the deposit remains 'Pending', it will eventually expire. The transferred amount will be refunded automatically to your bank account within 1-3 business days after the processing period.
What can you do? Start a new SEPA transfer and make sure to pay attention to the points mentioned above.
