Social login is a feature that allows you to log into your BLOX account by using the login credentials of an existing social media account, such as Google, Twitter, or LinkedIn, rather than creating separate login credentials for your BLOX account.
How does it work?
When you choose Social Login when registering your account, you will be redirected to the website of the chosen social media.
There you give permission for your account details (such as name and email address) to be shared with BLOX. After permission has been granted, you are automatically redirected back to the BLOX app.
You have then successfully used Social Login for your BLOX account!
Note:
- If you want to set up two-step verification (2FA) for your BLOX account, you need to set this up through the social media platform you used when registering. This cannot be set up directly at BLOX.
- If you want to disconnect social login from your BLOX account, you can also do so through the social media platform you used for registration.
Important: Facebook Login is no longer supported.
Did you register an account via your Facebook profile in the past and now no longer have access? Don't worry! Here's how to easily resolve this:
- Go to the BLOX login screen and click on “Forgot your password?”.
- Enter the email address linked to your Facebook profile.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
You can then log in as usual with your email address and new password.
