Enter the Tax Identification Number (TIN) for the country where you are liable for tax. If you are liable for tax in more than one country, please provide the details for all of them.
- The Netherlands: your Citizen Service Number (BSN).
- Belgium: your national registration number (rijksregisternummer/nationaal nummer). This 11-digit number can be found on your Belgian identity card.
- Spain: your NIF. For Spanish citizens, this is your DNI number (including the letter). If you are a foreign national living in Spain, this is your NIE.
- Other EU countries: the European Commission’s TIN page provides information on where to find your TIN for each country.
