- Your date and place of birth.
- Your residential address.
- Your country (or countries) of tax residence.
- Your tax identification number(s) (TIN).
After submitting this information, you will be required to provide a self-certification confirming that your tax information is accurate and complete. As part of our mandatory due diligence, BLOX is required to verify that the information provided is consistent and logical (a ‘reasonableness check’). If there are discrepancies in your details, we may ask you to provide supporting documentation. This is a standard regulatory requirement and not a personal assessment of your account.
