If you are still logged into your BLOX account, you can disable 2FA by completing the following steps:
1. Open BLOX and click on the icon at the top right;
2. Go to ‘Password and security’ and select 'Two-factor authentication'.
3. Open the extension indicated and log in with your BLOX account. You will then be given the option to delete your Authenticator, by clicking ‘Remove’.
You are logged out and no longer have access to your 2FA:
To keep your account and our platform as secure as possible, only we can disable your 2FA when you no longer have access to it.
Do you want to disable your 2FA? Please send a request to support@weareblox.com with the following information:
- The date, time, and amount of your last euro deposit in your BLOX account.

Once we have received and approved the information, we will disable the 2FA for you and send you a confirmation.
