When logging in, you may be asked to enter an authenticator code. This code refers to the two-factor authentication (2FA) of your BLOX account, an extra layer of security that you can set up yourself to protect your account even better!
Where do you find the authenticator code? The six-digit code can be found in your authenticator app. This app generates a new code every 30 seconds that you need to enter on the login screen to access your BLOX account. You can use different apps to generate these codes, for example Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
How do you use the code? Open your authenticator app, look at the six-digit code currently displayed, and enter it on the login screen to continue
