It may happen that your ID documents are rejected. In that case, you can take a photo of this again in the BLOX app!
What could be going on?
- Your ID document is not clearly readable:
Make sure your ID document is clearly readable. Place the document on a desk or table so that the photo is not moved and the details are clearly visible - Your photo contains flash:
For good reading, all details of your ID document should be clearly visible. Make sure you have good lighting in the room where you take the photo, but avoid using flash to avoid reflections. - Your photo does not contain the entire ID document:
Our system can only verify the ID document when it is fully visible. So make sure your ID document is completely inside the frame. - Your ID document is not from the SEPA zone:
Unfortunately, we can only accept ID documents from countries within the SEPA zone. Documents from outside the SEPA zone are automatically rejected. Do you have documents from a country within the SEPA zone? Then use these to verify your identity. - Your ID document is a residence permit:
Our system always rejects residence permits, which we have to check manually. In doing so, we can only accept residence permits if you yourself are from a SEPA country or if you have a permanent residence permit in a SEPA country. Has your residence permit been rejected? If so, please contact us. We will be happy to see if you can still use our platform!
Should the photo be rejected despite paying attention to all criteria, it is recommended to contact our support department. This can easily be done by sending us an e-mail at support@weareblox.com. One of our support agents will help you further!
