Your document is not readable
Make sure your document is clearly legible. It works best if you lay your document on a desk or table. That way, your photo is not blurred due to movement.
Your photo contains a flash
Your document must be clearly legible, and all details must be visible. Make sure that you take the picture in a well-lit room. Take a clear photo of your document, but without a flash.
Your photo does not contain the entire document
We would like to receive a photo of the entire document. Make sure that the whole document is within the frame.
