At BLOX, we believe it’s important that you can choose what suits you best. That’s why we introduced two account types: the Managed Account and the Earn Account. Each has its own features, costs, risks, and benefits.
From December 8 onward, we informed you on multiple occasions that you could make your own choice of account type before January 27. We did this via email, push notifications, and in-app communication, to give you enough time and information to make a well-considered decision.
If you did not make a choice before the deadline, your account was automatically set to an Earn Account as of January 27. We do this deliberately to avoid charging any fees.
You can adjust your account choice yourself via the settings in your app. Please note: you can switch directly from an Earn Account to a Managed Account once.
