If you receive the message 'Account is disabled, please contact support' when trying to log in, there could be several reasons:
- Correct login credentials: Check if you have used the correct login credentials. You might be trying to log in to an old or closed account.
- Self-closed account: Did you close the account yourself in the past? If so, we can probably reopen it for you. Please refer to the article 'How can I reopen my closed BLOX account?'
Have you used the correct login credentials and not closed the account yourself?
In that case, it is likely that we were forced to close your account. If we closed your account, you would have received an email explaining the reason for the closure.
Below are the most common reasons:
- Creating multiple BLOX accounts: It is not allowed to have multiple BLOX accounts. If your account was closed for this reason, you can log in and continue trading with your original account.
- Violation of user terms: For example, are you under 18 years old, or do you lack a valid ID and a bank account from a SEPA country? If so, you are not allowed to use our platform, and we are obliged to close your account.
