If you are sure you no longer want to use BLOX, follow these steps in the BLOX app to close your account:
1. Click on the profile icon at the top right.
2. Select ‘Profile’.
3. Go to ‘My details’.
4. Select ‘I'd like to close my account’.
5. Confirm your choice.
Beforehand, please make sure that your account is empty and that there are no more investments or euro balance in your account, otherwise you will unfortunately not be able to close your account.
