Please note: as a sole proprietorship, you can also invest via a personal account. It is not necessary to create a business account for this.
Follow the steps below to create a business account:
1. Open the BLOX environment and click on 'Create New Account'.
2. Enter your details and click on 'Create New Account'.
3. You will now receive an email in your inbox. Click on the link and confirm your email address. (The email may end up in your spam/junk folder)
4. Once you have confirmed your email address, you can proceed with creating your business BLOX account.
5. Next, you will receive a short questionnaire about your company. You must complete this truthfully to complete your account registration. Select 'Business' for the first question and proceed to the other questions.
Enter the correct company details here!
6. Once you have answered all the questions, you can proceed to confirm your identity!
7. After your identity has been successfully confirmed, you will need to answer a number of questions regarding European laws and regulations. This information falls under the new DAC8 rules.
8. After entering the details for DAC8, you will need to choose the account that suits you best. You have the choice between the Earn Account and the Custody Account.
9. Once you have completed all questions, choices, and verifications, everything is set! You have now successfully created a business BLOX account.
