Don't worry. If you’ve transferred funds to a closed bank account, they will automatically be refunded to our bank account.
Our finance department can then manually transfer the amount to your other (active) bank account.
Before they can do this, you need to link this account to your BLOX account and verify it for withdrawals. Check this article to see how you can verify your withdrawal account.
After that, please contact our support team at support@weareblox.com so we can inform our finance department about the situation.
