Because we want to make sure your BLOX account stays as safe as possible, we have recently changed the way customers can withdraw money from the app. We decided to implement this security measure to avoid withdrawals to a fraudulent bank account, in case someone gains unauthorised access to your BLOX account.
From now on, you can only withdraw your funds to the first bank account you have successfully paid with. All subsequent bank accounts can only be used to deposit euros in the app.
If you wish to withdraw euros to any bank account that is not the first one you used in your BLOX account, please contact our customer support team.
*Note: this new measure will only affect new bank accounts. All bank accounts that were approved before this measure was implemented can continue to be used for withdrawals in the future.
