At BLOX, we offer our users a wide range of cryptocurrencies. However, it may happen that we decide to delist a coin, meaning it will be removed from the platform.
How is the decision to delist made?
We conduct research based on factors such as user interest, trading volume, and market liquidity. We only make the decision to delist when we are convinced that it is in the best interest of our users.
What happens to my funds if a coin is delisted?
If we decide to delist a coin, we will always notify you in advance via the BLOX app or by email. You will then have sufficient time to sell your holdings in that coin or, above a certain balance, transfer them to an external wallet. If you do not take action within the given period, BLOX will automatically sell the coins at the prevailing rate. The resulting euro amount will then be safely deposited into your BLOX vault.
