Have you sent cryptocurrencies to your BLOX account but used the wrong wallet address? Then follow these steps:
1. Check if the address is within BLOX
- Known address: If the incorrect wallet address belongs to your BLOX account (for a different coin), we may be able to recover the funds for you.
- Unknown address: If the incorrect wallet address is outside of BLOX and unfamiliar, unfortunately, we will not be able to retrieve the coins for you.

3. Investigation and Recovery
- We will investigate the transaction to determine whether we can credit the funds to your account, return them to your wallet, or, unfortunately, conclude that the coins have been lost.
Note: Recovery of funds is only applicable for amounts over €100. Fees may be charged for processing the return of funds from a mistakenly sent transaction, with a standard refund amount of €100.
