Your BLOX-account has a default deposit limit of €25.000 per 24 hours and €500.000 per 30 days.
Would you like to increase this limit? Follow these steps:
1. Open the BLOX app and go to your Vault.
2. Click on 'Available Balance'.
3. Click on 'Not enough?'.
4. Then click on 'Request Increase'.
5. You will now receive an email with a questionnaire. Fill this out to submit your request to increase your limit. Our compliance department will process your request and may request additional documentation.
6. Once your request has been submitted, our compliance department will review it and notify you via email whether your limit increase has been approved or denied.
Please note that it may take several business days for your request to be fully processed.
