How do you track your Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, or Litecoin transaction?

Here's how you can track your transaction:

1. Open your Vault.

2. Click on the coin you sent.

3. Click on the specific transaction.

4. Click on 'View on Blockchain Explorer'.

The Blockchain Explorer provides various information, such as the expected block where the transaction is located and when the transaction might be deposited in BLOX.

The arrival of the transaction to our platform depends on the number of required confirmations. Please refer to the table below for more information. Please note: Sometimes, it may take a bit longer than expected for a transaction to arrive. This process is beyond BLOX's control.
