Not yet. This means that some of the legal protections that apply to BLOX do not yet apply to BLOX Earn. These include the general obligations for crypto asset service providers described in Title V, Chapters 2 and 3 of MiCAR. BLOX expects that BLOX Earn’s activities will be regulated in the future and will keep you informed.
