How long does a bitcoin transaction take?
On average, it takes about 1 network conformation for a transaction to arrive. Please note that the length of this process may vary. This is beyond BLOX's control.
What are network conformations?
In the Bitcoin network, a new block is added on average every 10 minutes. This is known as Bitcoin's average block time. However, the block time can vary and can sometimes be slightly longer or shorter than 10 minutes, depending on various factors such as the total computing power of the network and the difficulty of the mining algorithm.
One block on the Bitcoin network is considered one confirmation of a transaction. Each new block added to the blockchain builds on previous blocks and reinforces the confirmation of transactions included in previous blocks. The more consecutive blocks are added to the transaction chain, the stronger the confirmation becomes.
My deposit is stuck, now what?

If the link is not visible we will be happy to help you through our support department!
The status of my deposit is not visible in the app. How is this possible?
Try refreshing the app, still not visible? Then contact support.
After I completed the deposit, can I still undo my transaction?
No, you cannot. A bitcoin transaction is final we therefore cannot reverse it. You can store or sell the coins on BLOX. If you choose to sell, then you can withdraw euros it to your own bank account.
